Is there any settlement loan available?

No. What you can get is only a settlement program.

NO, you can apply for a consolidation loan. There is no concept of a settlement loan.

You can take out a loan for paying back debts but no settlement loan as such. Opt for counseling if required.

If you can repay a new loan, why don;t use the amount to pay back your existing ones. Negotiate with the creditors and settle the debt.

Debt can be destroyed!

Consider a $15k total of unsecured debt.

Would $250/month for 36 months be manageable to watch it disappear and also get free credit Repair?

I think you are referring to consolidation loan? Settlement companies work to negotiate the amount of interests and fees you would pay back to those lenders. I got my self in a bind over some short term payday loans and worked with a company to achieve a settlement I could financially afford. You can always give them a try and see if they are able to assist you. Best of luck to you!
