Loan Point USA (or Geneva Roth) - Does anyone know where these people really are? i need to file a complaint with the AG somewhere. I have found them in Utah, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Delaware, Kansas and more. I can't file a complaint in every state. Loan Point USA people refused in writing to stop ACH withdrawals after I told them there was no money in the account due to an interruption in my direct deposit from work. They tried three time each payday for months even after I had the account on deposit only. I also had already paid them way more than the Florida laws permit before this happened. Why do I keep getting logged out?
By signing up a debt counseling session, your provided details (Name, Email ID and Phone No.) will be forwarded to the company advertising on the DebtCC. However, you have no obligation to use their services.
Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the payoff amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
