I am currently using debt rx usa and have no complaints yet, I have paid off three of my five accounts within this last year. My brother recommended them after they helped him pay off his cards.

That is actually who my brother and I enrolled with so yes I know him pretty well. My brother got out last July and was in it for over 2 years. I just enrolled in August, but I am trying to get out by the end of the year because I need to refinance next year. I had 5 cards initially with about 65 thousand. I only have 2 cards left though and I am getting good settlement offers but he told me to wait until they would come down a little lower. The collection calls were extremely annoying when I first started though, that was the toughest part but now they don't ever call.

Derk, did you have to settle with lump sums?

so Derek...You have no complaints with Debt Rx USA? Was it very expensive? Is Reggie the one who stayed with you the whole time? If you get some kind of bonus for referrals let me know by private message, cause I am thinking this is the company I am going to go with. It is a toss up between this one and Ram Financial Solutions.

So far so good for me and Reggie is who I normally talk to. I settled two of my accounts in a lump sum and one chase card let me make 3 payments to payoff the settlement.

I just enrolled with this company and my first payment to them was last week. The collection calls are annoying. We set up for a longer plan because we had around 40k in credit card balances and with two little kids, it is hard to make ends meet. I am hoping that we can save a little at a time each month to build our savings up to start paying off the debts. The only question I have is how long until you received your first settlement offer?

I used them and found them to be anything but helpful. Lies, mis-information, and a general lack of accountability was all I experienced from them. Basically, the ripped me off for over 2700.00
