I am in deep payday loan debt. Does any one know if these companies are legal in the state of Indiana.

money now payday, mte financial, loanshop venture, cash advance network, e-payday loan, world wide cash, one click cash. Can anyone help me figure out the best way to get rid of this debt?

Hello franchecaballard and welcome to the community! :) I am sorry to hear you are having problems with pdl's, if you will list the following information we will be able to advise you better.
-Name of pdl's
-Internet or Store Front
-Amount borrowed
-Amount paid back.

Meanwhile, I will post your pdl laws shortly, and I will be moving this topic to the payday loan section so it will receive more attention. :)

Hello again, would you mind listing the amount you borrowed and the amount you have paid back so far, for each one?
Have you defaulted on the store front yet? If you haven't, and they are members of the CFSA, you are eligible for the EPP (extended payment plan), BUT, you need to go into the store and ask for it BEFORE you default, at least one day in advance of when your payment is due. This will allow you to pay this loan off in four equal payments, one each payday. I think if I were you I would get the store front taken care of first. Have you secured your bank account yet so the Internet pdl's can't get to your money? That's something else you should do, either close out your checking account AFTER you have made arrangements with the store front, or place a hard debit block on it. :) Once you have provided more information about the amounts borrowed and paid back we will be able to give you more assistance. :)

MTE is illegal/unlicensed, what that means is you only owe them the principal amount you borrowed. Since they're not licensed to lend, they can't charge you any interest or fees. After you secure you account, you should contact them to let them know you have discovered they aren't licensed to lend, therefore you will pay the principal amount and nothing more, with money orders, via USPS. You should also revoke any and all wage assigments you may or may not have signed when you took out a loan with them, the wage assigment revocation letter should be sent to all your internet pdl's, AFTER you secure your bank account. :)
