What are the legal requirements for an installment loan? If I have it automatically deducted from my bank acct can I just tell them over the phone to stop? I would rather pay them by check mailed in, but I dont want them to keep taking from my acct? Is check n go easy to work with on a different payment plan? I currently pay twice amonth but I would rather pay monthly.
