Need Help with Everest Cash Advance

I closed my checking account then sent the letter SoapLady suggested to Mobiloans and Everest Cash Advance on 9-26-13 by email. That same day Mobiloans replied and agreed to stop any automatic payment drafts from my checking account. Then on 11-12-13 they emailed me that my account was seriously past due and to contact them to discuss payment options. I replied with a shortened version of the illegal lender letter and they agreed to consider my account paid in full and closed it from further activity. (All because of this site THANK YOU!)

On 9-29-13 Everest Cash Advance replied: Your account is being handled by the collections department. They are only available by phone from 8am to 5pm CST MON, THURS & FRI and 8am to 9pm CST TUES & WED. I apologize for any inconvenience.

From that day forward I have received at least 6 calls per day from 866-722-2770. I keep my phone on silent but still would like to get out of this mess. Any suggestions on what to do next?




at this point you should file AG complaints.you do not want to talk to these idiots at all.they just want to lie,harrass,and threaten.file the complaints,and stay off the phone.they will eventually get the hint.
