What are some of the things you guys did to get a refund of overpaid charges from some of these companies?
The companies I am currently trying not to deal with are:

Bottom line, they owe me (according to Washington State Law anyway). I'm not paying them another dime.
I really hope they break more laws, especially the Fair Debt Collections Act. I really really hope they break those laws. I'm looking forward to it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, I've done a little research, but haven't found what I'm looking for, does anyone know, in order to file suit against these companies, do you have to file in the county/state where they are located? Wouldn't it be nice to get a judgement against them, and sell it to a collection agency when they didn't pay? Hahahah. That would be awesome!! Maybe they would have to get some illegal payday loans to pay me back!!!

Thanks again.

Going Deep

Hey Foolish, I sent Impact an email yesterday regarding revocation and a refund. Within an hour I got this response:

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the experience that you have had with Impact Cash. I have reviewed your account and with what has been paid we will consider the account settled and paid. We will no longer contact you regarding the account or try to collect on the balance. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Dan N.

I responded that I do not except their offer because they owe me hundreds of dollars. I also said that I have notified my AG and the BBB and OTC. So we'll see what happens

I also borrowed from them. You cant reach impact to payoff early. You can pay off cash 500. They give you that option. If anyone knows where I can go to pay impact off let me know. They have also got me for about 175 a month extra. I was under the impression they were to take it out the next pay day.

A lot of PDL's that operate in Texas are actually CSO's, so the laws posted above may not apply to your loan.

Refunds are worth tryign for . . . But can be hard to get. I say shot for a refund, but know when to settle for the Paid in Full.

Probably won't get a refund, but gonna keep trying. I wonder if there are collection laws against consumers? Can I call them whenever I want, get abusive, etc etc? Hahahah.
