I have loans with Mobiloans and Plain Green. I have sent both letter to revoke ach auth. I have gotten a generic response from Plain Green, but my account is updated for ach to be removed. I received a response from Mobiloans that ach would be stopped. My bank is also working with me to make sure there is no ach from them to my account.
I sent them both letters on 9/12. Neither company has said anything about my settlement offer/ paid in full. I owe plain green still on the principal. and Mobiloans I have over paid.
My question is what do I do next to get my payment arrangement setup on my terms, and my loan notice as paid in full? I am in Virginia, and from everything I have read they are not legal in Virginia. Do I wait to fall into default, and keep sending emails to them? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I am very worried about all of this.
