Hello. I am new to this forum, and I hope I am in the right place. About three years ago, I took out an installment loan with Radiant Cash. They are a tribal loan company based on the Lac Du Flambeau reservation in Wisconsin. Their website sates "RadiantCash Loans are offered by Ishwaaswi, LLC dba RadiantCredit. Ishwaaswi, LLC is a Native American owned business created by and for the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Chippewa Indians, a Federally Chartered Sovereign American Indian tribe. RadiantCredit is operated on the Lac Du Flambeau reservation located in Wisconsin."
I live in Virginia. I have received two phone calls from Parker, Fellows, and Smith, a supposed collector for Radiant Cash, but I can't find a website or any information on the collector. Is Radiant Cash illegal in Virginia? I borrowed $300, and I paid back $165. So, would I be obligated to pay the remaining $135 and not the interest?

They are illegal. You're only obligated to pay the remaining $135.
