Thank you guys for the advice I have been given in this forum. I can't tell you what a eye opener it has been. I have followed the advice on here exactly and I have had 3 pdl's respond with PIF letters. Castle Pay Day however has not.... and they are the ones I have paid the most. To make a long story short I have received 3 deposits totaling $3000.00 over the past few years... and paid all back until this one. They have debited my account $4362.50.... so $1362.50 OVER what I borrowed.
This is the email I received today... please help me respond to this company. I live in Tennessee... with the other ones giving up so easy.. this one is scaring me a little.

We would like to point out that when you were presented and signed the Loan Agreement (which fully discloses the terms as well as the payment options) on August 8, 2013 at 7:19 AM from IP 188.8.131.52, it was your responsibility to read the terms and conditions.
Please be advised that Red Rock Tribal Lending, LLC (D/B/A Castlepayday.com) is a Tribal enterprise, wholly owned and operated by the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, a federally-recognized Indian tribe and sovereign government (“Tribe”). Because the Tribe regulates its own consumer financial services pursuant to Tribal law, state licensure or regulation is unnecessary and inapplicable to the Tribe, and, by extension, Red Rock Tribal Lending, LLC.
Notification was sent to your email address at the time of funding approval, as well as prior to each and every due date, in which specifically details in bold the auto renewal policy that is about to occur and the payment options available. You have submitted your complaint from this same email address therefore, confirming you have in fact received the approval and renewal emails mentioned above.
