One company PayDayYes settled for $100.00. After seeing I had paid almost $900.00 in fees. The other company Nationwide Cash sent me a threatening letter, saying they would contact my employer in reference to using their computer, etc. Started the loan on 1/22/07 and first payment Feb. 9th. Of course they want to take it to the limit.
I tried to settled with them but they wanted $495.00 my original loans was for $400.00 finance charge $120.00 I live in NC. Is there anything else I can do?
