First I want to thank you all sooooo much! I went from 7 payday loans to 1 which is a store front one with the help of your knowledge! My kids are eating more then cheap hot dogs and noodles now!!!

I still have 2 cash calls loans (me and husband) and Avant loan....Cash Call was original loan issuer and now they are calling me almost 10 times a day wanting me to log on and redo my ACH and first time they said Delbert was taking over my account but now they dont say that. I refuse to do so. They seem to have no problem taking out the money so I dont know.

First Question....Is 10 calls a day legal? It is my cell phone!

Second Question...I cant seem to figure out how to register!! HELP!

Also I am part of a class action lawsuit actually I am the Lead Plantiff and hope it is going to help us all!!! It was filed a few weeks ago and it goes after the banks that allowed the ACH from illegal payday lenders! So keep your fingers crossed!!!

Thank you all sooooo much!
Tina

Cash Call is an illegal payday loan company. So you owe them nothing but the principal amount.

How are they taking out money from your account?

File a complaint with the FTC.

Yeah...Cash Call is an illegal lender. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately. Don’t share any personal information with them.

You might want to look at your state licensing - Cash Call them selves are licensed in some states to do lending. What state are you in?

I agree that you can refuse to allow them to ACH your account, But I am pretty sure Cash Call is a legal licensed lender in CA --
