I need some help - I have had several loans with Plain Green and over the past two years I have overpaid more than $4300 in interest. My current loan has a principal balance of $2400.00 - I have been going back and forth for two weeks with them - I have revoked the ACH and Wage Garnishment - pointed out many many times that they are not legal in the State of Ohio. I have asked that my overpayment be applied to the outstanding principal and lets call it even - I will not pursue a refund. - they are not budging and just offering a 10 pay settlement on the principal - what's my next step? I am also doing the same back and forth with Spotloan - same scenario - last loan overpaid by $2300 in interest - current loan - 800.00 - again they won't budge - I'm almost there - just need these two taken care of and I'm done! Thanks to this forum!!!
