Quite handling out this native american bull shit. You know as well as I do that I am not subject to your laws as I do not reside on your reservation. You hold no license in my state. Western Sky is doing down....do you want to follow their path? Do yourself a favor and mark my account as paid in full. Legally I owe you NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below is my email an their response:

Right you have a balance of $430, but I am going to waive the $30 return fee and drop you down to $400. We can split the $400 in to 4 biweekly payments of $100, that would have to be paid on a debit or credit card. If you do not have a debit or credit card you can pick a prepaid debit card(reloadable Visa or MasterCard) from Wal-Mart or Walgreens. If we do not get payment arrangements setup on your account it will go to outside collections where you balance of $430 will double because they will add collection cost and fees, plus report full balance to your credit bureaus. Give me a call to get payment arrangements setup on your account.

I emailed ClearLoanSolutions letting you know that I need to set up a payment arrangement. You refused, my bank was overdrawn and I had to close my account so I didn’t get any more fees. I feel I only owe $40 since I did attempt to let you know.
