hello, I'm not an expert and cannot offer too much advice but if you stick around, someone will be by soon.. this board has helped me so much, i had three payday loans which may not seem like a lot but it was the same three that i kept getting over and over to pay off the others with. i had loan point usa - is that the same as the one you had? it's been since april and they are still giving me problems. again, good luck..
btw, have you paid anything on any of these yet??

Hello Lee and welcome to the community, I am going to post Payday loan laws for Wisconsin here (just select your state), but would you mind telling us which of these are store front and which are Internet loans? Thank you. :)

Unless I am mistaken, your laws doesn't look very stringent with pdl's. :?

Don't feel stupid, I'm there with you, I still haven't figured out these laws and how they work, so I am right there with you. There are many people here who are pretty much experts at interpeting these laws though. Have you secured your bank account yet? Are there any scheduled debits from these companies which are due soon?

Is The Little Loan Shoppe a pdl or an installment type of loan?

I may need to leave quickly as I am at work, if so, there will be someone else available to advise you. I just wanted to let you know that. :)
