mobiloans logged ach revocation but didn't update bal due

I have a PDL with Mobiloans for $1,000. I've paid $875. I sent the letter from this forum advising I would pay the remaining $125 on October 4th and revoked all ACH and wage assignments I may have signed. I've sent that email twice and they have not responded to me, however I logged in to their website today and it is saying I have a balance due of $815 and to call them with my next payment of $143 by my due date of October 9. So apparently they've logged the ACH revocation but not that I am only paying the principal. How should I proceed?

I just want to make sure that once I pay the remaining $125 they can't come after me!

Please let me know if you have any advice here! Much appreciated!

It took a while from me to get a reply back from mobiloan, I've also rec'd 1000, 00 paid 595 they sent me a email to settle my account for only 260.00. they also show the balance do on my account for 260.00...

Please Don't send them anything until you hear back from them, with a settlement offer.......

You should be ok since you send them ACH Revoke letter and Wage Assignment to them.

Just checked again, still showing that I need to call in to pay but they are still showing the full balance due. In my original email I told them I would pay the balance on October 4, and I will have the funds available to pay, should I send the payment even though they have not replied?

Email is below. Am I safe to reply confirming? Thinking I'll get a prepaid visa from Walmart to pay with, so they don't get my actual debit card numberDear Michelle,

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review and I thank you for the opportunity to assist you at this time in connection with your Mobiloans Line of Credit Account (“Account”).

We understand that all situations are different and would like to offer you the opportunity to pay the remaining principal due on your Account in the amount of $125.00. We propose the following final payment to coincide with your pay periods as indicated on your Mobiloans application:

          10/04/2013 - $125.00

To answer your questions regarding the legality of this loan, your Account Agreement indicates that your Account is governed by the laws of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana, (the “Tribe”) a sovereign nation recognized by the United States of America.  As such, the laws of the Tribe permit Mobiloans to offer the Account in accordance with Tribal law.

In addition, Mobiloans, LLC (“Mobiloans”) is organized under the laws of the Tribe, is owned and operated by the Tribe, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Tribe.  As such, Mobiloans is an “arm of the Tribe,” and entitled to sovereign immunity and therefore not subject to any state laws.

In any event, pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account.

Please reply to this email if you accept this offer to settle your Account and we can set up a payment plan.

First off, I want to Thank this community for the knowledge I have received just by lurking and reading for several days. I have several payday loans (5) out and I was really beginning feel the pressure. Three of the loans are from legit lenders (cashnet usa, checkngo, and speedycash) I am dealing with these by making principal payments and fee payments every 2 weeks and slowly knocking them down. The other 2 are with mobiloans and castlepay. Just by reading on here, I was able to rid myself of the mobiloan payment and get the account marked as paid in full by using one of the letters provided in several members sig line. I have had 2 different loans with castle payday (I guess I did not get enough the first time) and I am trying to use the overpayment on the first loan and 2 fee payments so far on the second one to get the account marked paid in full but am not having any luck on this one. Any additional guidance for dealing with castlepayday ? Thank all of you for your assistance.
