Good afternoon to you all. I am living in the state of washington, I have 3 pay day loans out at this time all being online lenders. One is Greenpicket.com which I have had for about 2 years now, can never seem to pay it off just have to keep reloaning. Ameriloan amount owed is $500 and something, but have been paying for a couple of months and cannot seem to get the amount down, (on payment plan) , and Greatplains lending $300 and something agian same situation as with Greatplains lending., can anyone tell me if these are legal in the state of Washington,

All 3 are illegal payday lenders. You are only morally responsible for paying back the original amount borrowed. On this cite, click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with unlicensed lenders...follow every step. If you have not already done so, register with the forum so that you can see answers to your posts and keep us postedf on your progress or if you have any other questions.

All the above mentioned 3 lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If you have already paid them more than the principal balance, then ask them for the refund.
