Yeah same here, I got a loan for $150 so the original PIF amount was to be $195, I skipped a payment now it's $250, so if they are not legal in CA, I should only owe them $150 right?

I made an arrangement with them, well i had them email the proof and i am having them pd monthly, which is a help.
they are just plain illegal altogether??
Should we send all the illegals we have to the BBB. I did 2 of them so far, but not the ones that are working with me.
any suggestions, thanks

well...there is an email template on this site that we can use to notify them that they are not legal to provide lending in CA and wait for a response...I think I may go that route, if I can get it at a lower amount it would help a great deal considering they are one of about 6 pdl's I have outstanding right now
