So I've taken a couple of loans out from My Cash Now over the past year and have overpaid by $1000's on all of them. The last loan I took out was for $2000 back in December of 2012. I've been slowly repaying them back when I can (just the principal). I owe like $345 left on just the principal. My question is now that My Cash Now is out of business should I even bother repaying the rest since I've overpaid them in the past? Or should I just tell them to get bent since they've gotten enough money. I read that My Cash Now, Payday Max, Credit Protection Depot have been hit with a lawsuit and are going out if business. I've sent them all the appropriate letters and they never harass me. Just wondering if I should let it go since I've overpaid $$$ on other loans. Thanks for your input.

They were supposed to take a payment from my checking account on the 3rd but didn't. What happened to them. I have spent hours on the Internet trying to find out what happened to them. Their web site is closed too.

Not sure what state you are from, but the MD Commission of Financial Regulation has issued a cease and desist against them. Plus I believe that their ACH capability has been denied.

Screw them! they're out of business anyways. Their collection agency Silver River Management called me a month ago or so, to inform me all collections activities had been terminated.

I think I'm not going to do anything! They've gotten more than enough from me and they never ever call or harass me so even if I don't get a pif it's pif in my mind!
