Is golden valley lending licensed in California? (Payday loan lending)

I made a google search on Golden Valley. All i'm getting is information about Ace Cash Express.

This is from their website - Tribal lending entity wholly owed and operated by the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake, California - I am sure the are a illegal tribal lender, you can check to see if they are licensed to lend in CA.Here is who you would contact to ask..
