Again a bunch of crap. How much did you borrow? You're not required to pay anything more than the principal amount.

United Cash Loans is an illegal lender. You owe them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. If required file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC. Ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.

is 220.00 what you owe?if not reject their offer as no tribal lender is legal in any state.so it is not a valid anything.do not accept if the amount debited meets or exceeds the principle.know they can do nothing but harrass and be stupid with their assertions.

I had borrowed 3x's with them in the past.I paid principal plus interest 2x's. The 3rd loan was for $550 I made 2 payments bi weekly of $165. So I'm guessing the $220 is the principal balance?

since you only owed the principle on the pervious loans as well apply any overpayments of the principle on previous loans to this one.so you don't pwe 220.00.in fact you might not owe a thing once you calculate those pervious loans, and those overpayments.

I know I paid back at least $3000 over the course of all loans which totaled $1550. I will have to go back through my statements again to make sure. So that means an over payment of $1450 correct?

is correct. You do not owe them anything else. You can demand a refund, but unlikely you will get.
