Alabama Payday Loans - Oxnard

I am like so many others, head over heels in debt with payday loans and desperately need to get out the cycle for the sake of my family's future survival.

I live in Alabama (Oxnard). I currenlty have 5 Payday loans. All in default now.

Original borrowed amount.....

Magnum Cash Advance: $1080
US Fast Cash : $500
Speedy Cash : $500
Ace Cash Express : $500
Check-n-Go : $3000

I really need some help getting out of this mess. I am willing to payback what I borrowed, but the interested is killing me.

Please HELP!!!

The first couple of lenders are illegal lenders. You repay them nothing more than the principal, no interest or finance fees. The last 3 that you mention are all CSOs. It is really bad luck that you have defaulted already. Revoke ACH authorization and force it into collection after which you may be able to negotiate a possible settlement.

As far as the illegal payday loan lenders are concerned, you can very well close your account. Stop making payments if the principal amount has already been paid. If you haven't paid the principal amount yet, then send the remaining amount through money order.

Thank you... I have sent C&D letters to the illegal lenders. I have not made a payment, yet but will in the next few days. Can I revoke ACH authorization on a legal lender?

...An Because I live in Alabama, don't I have to keep my checking account open so it doesn't become illegal?
