Just got a call from Mr Alan Robert who said he was from attorney Jones, Myers, and Associates. He said on 2/2006 I took out a Internet Payday loan for $800 via the internet, using my checking account as collateral...??? Used some company name of "BMG" was the plaintiff. He said if I didn't pay $2512.10 tonight, there would be a warrant out for my arrest at midnight tonight. He sounded legit and used all the correct terminology but I didn't use the computer back then OR have a checking account. His number, 281 670-9701 is a landline out of Houston, TX but there have been others out of Jacksonville FL. Please report this guy to the Consumer Affiairs Bureau and the BBB as I have.
