I just filed a complaint with my state about ameriloan, not sure where it will get me, but hopefully it will stop them from loaning illegally, im sure they have their ways.
when i call sure sounds like a legit company of course they will though, they are making some big $$, even though i asked to speak with a supervisor and she was hesitant and she was, they all must be
thanks
wendy

I'm sure you will hear from them before too long, it's always hard to predict, ameriloan may just blatantly ignore it, or they might get scared and send you a PIF email (wouldn't that be cool!), I've heard so many different outcomes, let's hope yours in the latter!

I still say that you need to take steps to protect your checking account. Once they know you mean business they will hit your account for the full amounts! Even breaking them down into smaller amounts.
