These companies still debit my checking even after the ach revokation letters. I have paid cashadvancenetwork twice what the principle is and owe the other Loanpointusa $40.00 yet which I have stated in the letter I would pay. Cashadvancenetwork isn't cooperating and continues to debit the account and Loanpointusa keeps emailing and calling to say they need to speak with me. I keep emailing them stating I will only communicate by email or mail. The other company oneclickcash didn't debit but have yet to get an email or letter saying they settled. I am from Mn. and these letters were sent about 9 days ago. What more should I do. My bank won't block all ach transactions. By the way is aeroadvance a legal payday loan co.?

cashadvancenetwork is an unlicensed lender in your state and so is Loanpointusa. You are going to need to close your account because they will bleed you dry if you don't. They think they are above the law. I am going to give you a link on how to deal with illegal lenders, please read it thoroughly and follow the steps outlined, do not skip any of the steps.
