I took a $600 loan from a check n go store front. I made a $125 payment and defaulted. I contacted the store and they said it will be sent to check n go collections, that was 4 days ago. I contacted check n go collections on my own to set up an arraignment this morning and they said I had to pay $172 now, which I don't have but I will in 10 days. They said that's too late and my account will be transferred to a third party collections. They won't tell me any more info. I'm trying to be proactive and pay but they won't help. Is this normal? Should I worry about the 3rd party collections? I want to pay but I need a couple weeks. Please help me on what to do next.
