I have several in store payday loans and several online loans. My in store loans are with Check n go, First Cash Advance, and Cash America. I have online PDL with 500 Fast Cash, United Cash Loans, Payday One, and Cashnet USA. I have dug such a deep hole I don't know where to start. Please help

OK, the store front stores need to be taken care of first. Then you need to check to make sure the online ones are licensed in your state. I could almost bet 100% they are not, but to be on the safe side, you need to check. Then you need to get the withdrawals for the internet stopped. Start here .

What state are you in and someone will post your pdl laws for you. 2nband is correct that you need to take care of the store fronts first as they are likely legally operating in your state and can and will sue you. I would contact them first and work something out with them.

Let us know how much you have borrowed and paid back in principal that way it gives us an idea of where you stand.

I am moving this to the payday loan section so it will receive more attention. :)

I live in Texas. Here are the online companies:

Payday One: $900, paid $329.40
Cashnet USA: $700, paid $367.43
500 Fast Cash: $450, paid $270
United Cash Loans: $450, paid $940 (this is sickening)

In store lenders:
Cash America: $600, paid $124
Check n go: $800, $735 (I have refinance several times so my balance is still $600)
First Cash Advance: $600, paid $0.

I am not sure how I got myself into this mess but I feel extremely irresponsible and embarrassed. My husband and I should be able to live comfortably off our two incomes and be able to put money away. I am unable to do this because of what I am paying out to these companies. My husband has no idea what a mess I have created. I just want to pay these and never see another PDL again. Thanks for any suggestions.

The good thing is, you haven't over paid on any except one. I am not comfortable interpreting your state laws so someone will be along to help you with that. First and foremost you need to protect your funds from the PDLs. Just take one step at a time, and follow the good advice you will get on this board. Hang tight.

All the Storefront lenders, Cash Net USA, and Payday One are legal CSO's in Texas.

I'd try to set up payment arrangments with the legal companies. Most of them are CFSA members, and have to offer you an Extended Payment Plan, where you pay off the loan in 4 equal payments.
