Help!!!!

Hello verkoe and welcome to the community! :) I will be posting your pdl laws shortly.

First of all, please list the following information so we can help you.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-acc ount.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

Hello, hang in there for a second while I do some checking on these companies. :) Let me just say that if these store front payday lenders are members of the CSFA that means you are eligible for the EPP plan as long as you ask for it at least one day before they are due. The EPP is an extended payment plan which allows you to pay them off in 4 equal payments on each payday, I would get those taken care of first. Let me see what I come up with on the Internet loans. :)

Midland Marketing
P0 Box 901795
Kansas City, MO 64153
Telephone: (800) 783-4936
Fax: (866) 408-3052

Is this a collection agency? This is the information I pulled about Midland. The other pdl's I am not coming up with any information on while searching this forum.

Take a look HERE. :?

You really need to secure your bank account after you have set up a payment plan with your store front pdl's, this means either placing a hard debit block on it so the Internet pdl's can't withdraw funds, or closing it out and opening another one. Then you can make payment arrangements with the Internet pdl's. But don't contact the Internet pdl's until you have your account secured. I really am not sure of the legality of these ipdl's, hopefully someone else will come along and have some information on them. Just hang tight until someone comes along that is familiar with these Internet pdl's. :)

verkoe, I'm posting your South Dakota state pdl law for us all to see. I'm concerned with the fact that you have legal/licensed storefront loans. The reason I'm concerned is because of what your state pdl law says regarding criminal action. It says "unspecified". I hate that. So, I don't know what might happen if you block/close your bank account with outstanding legal/licensed storefronts. They are not specific if criminal action is prohibited or what can happen. Let me post your law for you to see..
