Hi, I am looking for assistance to get back on my feet. Most importantly is my house which i have been at for almost 2 years now, I have missed payments on and it is in foreclosure. The letter I received states I need to pay almost $4,000 in the next 10 days to save me from owing the entire amount that I do. I hope this is clear. Also, I have other credit cards (2) that need to be paid off also. Probably totaling under $10,000. I would like to know what to do at your soonest convenience. Thank you. I work alot of hours so may not answer my phone but please call and leave me a message. I hope this is enough information. Hope to hear something soon. Deanna Hudson.
By signing up a debt counseling session, your provided details (Name, Email ID and Phone No.) will be forwarded to the company advertising on the DebtCC. However, you have no obligation to use their services.
Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the payoff amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
