I have a question about budgeting. When I am planning my monthly budget, there are some expenses which doesn't occur monthly. What to do with them.

You can keep a monthly allowance for your yearly expenses.
For example, if one of your insurance premiums is $1200, you can include $100 in your monthly budget.

The simple solution is to create a miscellaneous category in your budget. Set aside a certain amount for your miscellaneous expenses in a month like birthdays, anniversary, etc.

I agree with SC, creating a miscellaneous segment in your budget plan may do the trick.
