I have been in Canada for almost five years. I am working here as an IT professional. Now, I would like to buy a home. I think it is not easy to get a home mortgage for a Non-Canadian. I found some details about this here albertamortgagecentre.com/ step-step-get-mortgage-new-immigrant. They have explained the eligibility criteria for an immigrant to get a home mortgage. But my credit score is not that good now. Is there any way to apply for a mortgage with a low credit score? Please help me with your replies.

We don’t know much about the mortgage policies of Canada. We keep knowledge about US financial policies. But, I would suggest that you must take help from a Canadian mortgage professional before making a decision.
