Will Brexit have any impact on mortgage loan rates? I'm wondering is it a good time to take out a mortgage loan for buying a house or is it better to wait for some time?

Mortgage prices have been down a bit after the Brexit. Before you decide to purchase a property, research on the home prices and the mortgage rates in the state where you want to purchase. Also, analyze whether or not the prices will appreciate in value in the near future. It's better to take the help of a real estate professional to help you out.

Want Mortgage rates to be affordable? Then, everything rests how well your credit rating is, how much you negotiate for and how well-researched you are as far as mortgage industry is concerned. As for the Brexit, well that's a pretty long process to deal with and wouldn't impact the US mortgage rates so soon. All the best!
