I've been sitting on the phone on hold with Chase for 20 minutes to discuss a settlement on my Chase Disney card. I called the number on my statement that it said to call888-792-7547 and they transfer me to another line that no one is answering. I asked for the direct line and they said that it is an internal number so there isn't a direct phone number. Does anyone have one? Thanks!
