I currently have about
five internet payday loans, that I had to take out to pay bills because
my husband does not work at this time and I am the sole provider of
income in our home. The problem is that these loan sites all hit my
checking account at once and overdrew my account, now as of today with
overdraft fees I am am withdrawn by over $1,000, and I don't know what
to to do. I have no alternative for money, and I am afraid that when my
paycheck is direct deposited that that will be taken, and it still wont
cover all of the overdraft fees that have occured. I am borderline
hopeless, and don't know what to do, is there any advice that you can
offer me on what to do. I want to just close my account, and pay off the
balance in cash PLEASE HELP!!!!
By signing up a debt counseling session, your provided details (Name, Email ID and Phone No.) will be forwarded to the company advertising on the DebtCC. However, you have no obligation to use their services.
Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the payoff amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
