Vital Recovery Services - How do you deal with them?

member profile picture

Would like to know if anyone has had any dealings with Vital Recovery Services? I believe they too are part of the Sherman, LVNV Funding scammers and I would like to have some advice as to how to deal with Vital Recovery Services.

I haven't dealt with Vital Recovery Services hickoryoverall, but I typed their name in the search box in the upper right hand corner of this forum and it came up with a lot of topics on them. Until someone else comes along who has dealt with Vital Recovery Services and can give you some insight on them, you might want to give the search a go and read up on them. :D

Vital Recovery Services has been bugging us for 6 months and we keep telling them they have the wrong party. The State Attorney advised us to send a letter to Cease and Desist registered mail. We asked the telephone collector for the company address....and was refused that information so we went on line. 3795 Data Drive Suite 200, Norcross, GA 30092. Good Luck!

Yeah Vital Recovery Services call me 15 times a day. Never a real person on the phone always recorded. I never got anything in the mail either.

Sometimes they call 6 times in 5 minutes.

I am very frustrated with Vital Recovery Services. I totaled my car and had an issue with the lean holder as to how they applied my pay off leaving a balance of $800 with them. During my dispute process they sent my bill to Vital Recovery and told me to deal with them now. Well in 9 months I have only received 2 bills and want to pay this so that there is no garnishment or judgement. They call me periodically but I do not have a checking account or credit cards to pay over the phone. If I were a company wanting collection I would want to know how bad this company is at collecting.

To Zoie, Vital Recovery Services would have to sue you and get a judgment before they could garnish anything from you and that is is your state allows your pay to be garnished.

I had a friend dealing with Vital Recovery Services and they pretty much called in the beginning. It is all automated calls, auto dialer. You don't see them on Bud Hibbs the last time I checked, so that must be good.

My friend told me eventually he got something in writing a few times for a bill at $4,000 with a settlement offer of $1,970. He never responded to the letters, and nothing has happened yet, it has been over a year.

My guess is that it is a soft company, very few employees and they really are a good company who follow the law but I could be wrong.

Vital Recovery System is asking me for $9,015 for a loan I never took out. Does this sound familiar?

They are not a "good company" that follows the law, but I think they're a small time operation, relying mostly on automated calling cycles. One guy says he went to the office, it's in a grubby, small office complex and it's just some old guy and his phone operator.

They're a classic bottom-feeding outfit, buying old paper, much of which is uncollectable, and they proceed to wear people down just to get something. There are quite a few complaints lodged against them regarding elderly people they've been working over.
