MRS and associates have been calling me, one to two times per day with a robodialer.
The call comes in on my cell phone, rings 2 seconds, then hangs up. The few times I've answered the phone doesn't get a human or a "wait while we connect you" type response. It still hangs up immediately and every time.
My guess is that they are hoping the person on the other end will call back.
Would that be considered harassment if a company calls 1-2 times per day, every day and once per day on the weekend only to hang up every time?
I can document that the calls last only 2 seconds every time on my Google voice.
