Hi All - my husband received a letter - a copy of a submission to the court, from a case that had been dismissed in December.
The letter is from an attorney on behalf of a collection Agency. The original creditor was Credit one. The case sat for two years and then was dismissed without prejudice.
This letter states it is a "Notice of Submission of Case for Final Adjudication"
Anyone know what that means and how to respond?

Contact an attorney and give a reply asap. If the case was dismissed without prejudice, you need to mention it in your answer as well. Find an attorney who is ready to give you a free consultation.

You have to consult with an attorney to get the best answer.

ASAP contact an attorney and send a reply to the collection agency. The case was already dismissed so there's no question for Final Adjudication! Gather all documents and send the photocopy along with your mail.
