What does a letter that comes from an attorney, asking for an adjunction on an old case with credit one, mean? It is in the name of midland funding?
I am trying to figure out how to respond.

It means they have filed a case on you for 2 accounts.

Contact an attorney asap. You need to give a reply within 20 days.
