CAUTION!!! MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENTS!!! - Howard Lee Schiff PC

member profile picture

Anything from Law Offices of Howard Lee Schiff PC or
STEPHEN A. WIENER who works at that firm are urged to not ignore.

I was at the court house in Fall River Massachusetts and noticed the sheet on the wall of the court cases for the day. There was about 15 cases filed by STEPHEN A. WIENER mostly for Midland Funding.

Just a heads up to the consumers.

I think I may have the wrong law firm but am not positive. Just a warning either way.

I just have to laugh because I am going to his website now to pay on a judgment against me from him. I am from CT. So if you get a letter from him he will work out an arrangement with you before court.I stopped making payments for financial reasons and BAM small claims.

Did you ask for validation before signing that agreement? Did they validate the debt? What state do you live in?

You can DV but they do not have to respond. What type of agreement did you sign? Did they file suit?
