is there no address to dispute a collection account with experian. They only let you dispute the account online and the online form only lets you explain in ONE SENTENCE!!!! I have documents and i need experian to consider them but no one seems to want to look at them. This is very sad.

EX is trying to force consumers to file all disputes on-line. The problem with on-line disputes though, is that information can be suppressed by EX to make it appear that a disputed tradeline has been deleted only to have it re-appear the next time the data furnisher reports.

From CIC:

I would recommend anyone having issues with EX accepting disputes via mail to file a complaint with the BBB: ompanyReportPage_Expository.aspx?CompanyID=31551
