Angel-I have been dealing with Wesbury Ventures. They wanted 570.00 on a 300.00 loan from platium b services/SJM marketing. A Ryan Hall emailed me saying I had committed internet fraud/ yada yada. I filed complaints against the company when he refused to work with me and DEMANDED that I pay by western union. I had bad back 140.00 already. He wouldnt even take that into consideration. I held my ground and didnt send him anything. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office in my state. I got a phone call at home from a Rachel Kimball who was VERY nice at first. She said that they had received my complaint and wanted to know if we could agree on a settlement. After talking to her for awhile she TRIED to get me to pay 300.00 (if I remember the whole conversation) I told her that I would pay back ONLY what my state law requires. She wanted everything paid by western union and I said NO and she finally backed down. I am paying the remaining balance of 161.00 back by MO only and she gave me until the first week in April. This company is NASTY. If you deal with them at all PLEASE be careful. Let them know that you WILL file complaints. I'm sure then they will back down. My input on this company is BAD NEWS!

Kimball just sent me an email today wanting me to call her to settle my account (she received word from the BBB that I filed a complaint). I told her in an email back that I no longer have a phone and wish all correspondance to be in writing. Let's see what she has to say --
