I was approved for a credit card for a thousand dollars and they said I would receive it in 7 to 10 days and it has been 3 weeks

I have an account starting with #577091 and recently moved and have not gotten a bill since december. I do not want to go to collections so I am trying to find where I can mail a payment to and make sure they have my current address.

I just called the number above, and they were so rude! She gave me a different phone number to call, but there is no option to speak to a person. I pushed "3" to change address, and it gave me an address to send a letter. I haven't received a bill in months, but have been sending it to the Hicksville address. They do seem to be crediting my account.
