How can I find a suitable lawyer for settlement or bankruptcy? What should I look for for a reliable attorney?

You can contact a reliable debt settlement law firm for the purpose. To find a reliable firm, you can check BBB reports and check out online customer reviews. Also, it is better to contact an organization that is into business for 3-5 years minimum. By doing so, you can be somewhat assured that an experienced lawyer will deal your case who has knowledge about settlement.
To choose a bankruptcy lawyer, follow the similar procedure. Choose a law firm or a lawyer which has a satisfied clientele.

The law firm who provides debt settlement service always recommended. Don't trust the person who introduces himself as a lawyer over the phone. Always check the authenticity on a law firm online. Read the reviews and check BBB reports before signing any settlement agreement.

Check the credentials of the attorney. Check if the attorney is a member of State Bar Association. That would give you an idea. Hire a local attorney so that you can meet him/her face-to-face. Schedule an appointment and have a talk. Compare his fees with other attorneys. Find out if the attorney will handle your case directly.

First of all, you should follow the rating of BBB while choosing the best debt settlement law firm. Secondly, I would say, the attorneys must be the members of State Bar Association who will manage your accounts.
