Members in the Debt Consolidation Care Community have expressed their views regarding Arrowhead Investments. There are some who have dealt with the company and some who have gotten reviews from third parties. Here is what they perceive of Arrowhead Investments:

  • Charges more money: The company charges way more money than the original debt without having the debtor know why they need to pay the amount.
  • Does not provide validation: When consumers confront them for validation, they offer a proposal for settlement instead and do not provide any validation of debt.
  • Cannot be located: Consumers cannot locate the company either on the internet or offline when they needed to contact Arrowhead Investments.
  • Unreturned client calls: The company only has answering machines to respond to consumer calls. Calls made by consumers get transferred to the voice mail boxes and are seldom/never returned by anyone in the company.
  • Continued harassment: They do not pay heed to any debt validation request made by borrowers and continue to harass them.
  • Rude behavior: Consumers have found employees at Arrowhead Investment to be very rude when speaking to them about any problems the consumers may be having.

You also have option of reporting that company to the Attorney General's office. You may also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

A Jeffrey Boyd called my daughter today and told her I had committed internet fraud by taking out a payday loan with Arrowhead Investments in her name and in order to keep me from being arrested she needed to provide them with her credit card number and security code and pay $600 by noon tomorrow. I contacted him and he threatened me with going to court and doing jail time but when I asked for documentation to be mailed to me he hung up. I called back several times and each time he would hang up on me mid conversation. I have had payday loans that are paid off but never with Arrowhead Investments. The scary part is that he has my SSN.

This company is calling me saying I owe them $300 and there is a lawsuit out on me and my social security is on hold, whatever that means, but the thing is i did not get a payday loan from them, if anything I might have started to but I never went through with it and never got any money. They said this was back in 2007. I asked for proof and they said it is illegal to send me anything I need to pay it or go to court with an attorney. I don't knwo what to do, can someone help me?

They are telling me that I must have more money than brains if I am going to let this debt go any further because I will end up paying alot more money ($1800 instead of $300 - this was payday loan yes telling me this) Arrowhead investments is contacting my supervisor, my hr department, calling my phone every day at work leaving nasty nasty messages.
