Loan Point USA debiting money. Should I file a complaint with AG?

Sub: Loan Point USA debiting money. Should I file a complaint with AG?

Loan Point USA (or Geneva Roth) - Does anyone know where these people really are?
i need to file a complaint with the AG somewhere. I have found them in Utah, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Delaware, Kansas and more. I can't file a complaint in every state. Loan Point USA people refused in writing to stop ACH withdrawals after I told them there was no money in the account due to an interruption in my direct deposit from work. They tried three time each payday for months even after I had the account on deposit only. I also had already paid them way more than the Florida laws permit before this happened.
Why do I keep getting logged out?

Sub: #2 Hello Everyone, I did get a loan with LoanPoint USA. I tried to Wed, 04/20/2011 - 07:53

Hello Everyone,
I did get a loan with LoanPoint USA. I tried to get assitance from a company who specializes in helping people who are in debt to these lenders. I found out that they too were a scam. After closing my bank account, I hadn't heard from them in awhile. I get this letter from The Farrell Law Group who represents LoanPoint USA. They wanted over $1,400 for a $600 loan. I am finally settling with them for the amount I borrowed, but they've already debited $900 or more. I'm done with PDL's

well how much was debited by them until now?take that amount and deduct it from the 600.00.you see all pdl's especially internet loans are illegal in NY so not only do you owe just the 600.00 minus interest, but your AG mr cuomo will fight them if you file a complaint with his office.in other words illegals will threaten everything, but will be able to do nothing.
