I live in Indiana got all my payday loans over internet.
I have Cash Cure 800.00 principal been paying 144.00 every two weeks they roll over five times before u start paying 50% of principal back.
Cash direct express 500.00 been paying 110 every other week roll over five times star processing 200.00 paying 60 once a month roll over 5 times,
Sure advance 500.00 paying 90.00 every other week, multi loan source 550.00 been paying 165.00 a month roll over 5 times,
247 green street owe 584.19 can't roll over they are in malta the address says where is that. I have these for about a year been re loaning them because they eat up all my pay i work part time.
Decided yesterday to close my bank account when i saw this sight so they couldn't take anymore money. We had fallen behind on our mortgage and they started forclosure. Was able to get a loan modification but I have to make three consecutive payments on time or I go back to forclosure. We need my income too so I can't pay these right now. According to Indiana law they can only rollover these loans 3 times so that means I have payed some principal on them already. Need some advice if this is correct. I have all the addresses for them. Are these legal payday loaners for my state what can i expect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
