I have several payday/installment loans, and I want to pay them off. Because of a recent financial crisis I can no longer make the current payments. I have been turned down for consolidation loans, second mortgages and all other times of loans no luck. I do not want to file bankruptcy and would like to pay the loans in full but I am overwhelmed at the number of loans I have. I live in Ohio and have loans with the following companies, Checkngo-Installment Loan, Paydayone.Com, Cashnetusa.Com, Plain Green, Llc , Great Plains Lending, Llc , East Side loan, Integrity Advance Llc , Cash Jar, Advance America, Zipit19, and Mobiloans Llc, what can I do?
By signing up a debt counseling session, your provided details (Name, Email ID and Phone No.) will be forwarded to the company advertising on the DebtCC. However, you have no obligation to use their services.
Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the payoff amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
