Hello all,

cash central $600 $450 so far fees only

one click cash $150 $370 paid $95 left

netcash usa $350 $420 so far

cashnetusa $150 $65 this week

paydayone $100 $60

fastwire $300 paying last payment of $90 this week

VC funding $250 paid $300 so far

and lastly the one that got away from me that I just basically forgot about

Sagamore $ 250 paid $ 2325 so far

the ones in bold I can handle or are almost finished with

Any advice is much appreciated

Okay, good. As long as you have filed with them anyway. They should send these illegal pdl morons a letter (or a few). I filed with the BBB, the FTC, my state AG, and ic3. If I could have thought of any more, I would have filed with them, too!

Oh, they'll keep insisting they don't "go by your laws" (Lord, they're all the same). However, file with every single agency you can dream up. My Department of Financial Instituations is actually who told me that internet loans are not recognized in my state. Huh. You did still file with your state AG, right?

Okay I will, do you think the illegal ones will back off once I do this or will they say they aren't regulated by LA laws

Yes, I filed complaints with ic3 on all of my internet pdls. Just go to (www.ic3.gov) and you can file complaints on line. They are a partnership with the FBI. It's complaints for like "cyber crimes". Hell, go to the site and file a complaint on every single internet pdl you have.

I just got off the phone with the Office of Financial Instituions for LA and they say they do not regulate the Internet PDLs and directed me to IC3.gov to file complaints. Anyone know anything about this ?

Also, check out the Payday Loan law made simple sticky. Whitenan has provided me with an email from the LA DFI that is now posted there.

How I make some extra cash

I earn at least $20 extra every month doing offers. And you don't have to pay a cent.
