Has anyone had any success dealing with Rossman and Co. They are showing up on my credit report as a medical collections however I had insurance and paid the deductible so Idon't understand why they are showing up on my credit bureau. Plus they have never tried to contact me. Now I'm trying to buy a home and they are stopping me from getting the loan. I tried talking to them however all they do is put me on hold. After six times of being put on hold I quit trying today.

You can write a letter demanding validation.

If they can't validate, they can't collect.
If they can't collect, they can't make entries on your credit report. Don't expect the letter writing to be a rapid solution, it often isn't.

You may also want to consider holding on the phone. I suspect that you are a non-payer to the collectors, and they don't want to talk to you. Maybe you can keep calling too, maybe you'll find a person who's willing to help you out. Maybe you can talk to a supervisor, too.

The only people with whom you should try to get even are those who have helped you.
